With a growing community of 295,000+ grads located around the world in more than 170 countries, we know how difficult it can be to stay connected to York after graduation. That’s where our alumni networks program comes in!
No matter where you’re located, alumni networks are a great way of getting involved with York and tapping into our vast community.

Alumni networks provide valuable experiences for alumni; they offer you a chance to develop a career path, to build relationships and networks and create opportunities. Networks and their leadership play an important role as ambassadors for York; they are an essential part of successful awareness campaigns, advocacy programs and student recruitment.
Alumni networks can be organized by common interest, geographic region (both local and abroad) or faculty. All of our networks work to support and promote the University.
Alumni Regional Contacts
Regional Alumni Contacts are individuals who want to share their York experience in a positive and meaningful way. They are volunteers who serve as local contacts and ambassadors for York U in specific geographical regions or on behalf of specific programs or faculties.
York U Alumni Networks are a great way to make friends, stay connected and support your alma mater. Networks can be based on geographic location, college and faculty association or common interest.
See below for a list of existing York alumni networks. If you’re interested in joining one of our networks or volunteering your time to help run one, please contact the individual listed for more information.
