New issue of The York University Magazine offers a compelling read

The York University Magazine’s latest digital issue is available at magazine.yorku.ca. This edition is only the second digital version of the award-winning publication, and the first under the direction of long-time Globe and Mail staff journalist, Deirdre Kelly, who joined York University in November as the magazine’s new editor.

Social media may not be the great equalizer after all

Communications Studies Professor Derek Hrynyshyn, however, has turned this idea on its head in his new book, Limits of the Digital Revolution: How Mass Media Culture Endures in a Social Media World, published by Praeger (2017).
